Oopsie, missed a couple of post...

Bah, they're not bench or deadlift post so they're not important anyway.  There, I said it.  Shoulder is feeling at about 60% which is better than it has, one of the reasons for all my bench being speedwork in my Slingshot.  The whole reason I got into bench shirts was to protect my shoulder anyway.  The Slingshot helps with that, plus I don't think putting on a Rage X to do 315 for speed would be very effective considering I have to be at about 425 before I can touch my chest in that thing.  The heel bruise is pretty decent now, I have to deadlift in the morning, which sucks because I'm thinking I might have to pull in my shoes, and I can't remember the last time I did that.  I'm thinking it was in the aughts.  Anyway, some numbers...


Speed Bench Slingshot 315  8x2
Tricep press downs    47, 52, 57  3x15
Cable flies          50 3x12, 3x12, 3x15

Had Spoto presses scheduled in, but my shoulder gave a hard no on that.  I'm not a fan of having to work around or drop stuff all together based on injuries, but it's a necessary evil sometimes.  Which is odd, I often find evil to be necessary.  Anyhoo... enough of my horseshit for the evening.
