Meh...

Not feeling it today.  Good day at the gym this morning aside from that heel bruise seeming to be worse again, not terrible, just not as as the past few days.


Double arm shoulder landmines, 4x8  plate, plate/quarter, plate/plate, plate/plate/quarter
Tate presses 3x8   Shoulder was hurting on raising them so only used 50s.
Plate raises  3x8
Lateral Raises(machine) 3x12  200

Yeah, short today.
