Damn heel...

Tried to pull on Tuesday, however, getting back on my heel to warm up was hurting too much.  So had to change it up and just did quad/hamstring work instead.  Thought about good mornings but I get back on my heels pretty hard for that too, so that was a no go.  It's felt pretty good the last couple of days which is nice, but seems anytime I think it's getting better, it flares up pretty badly.  Anyway, some numbers...


Leg Extensions 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200.  All sets of 8
Leg Curls  120, 140, 160, 180, 200  Sets of 8 each.
Standing situps, 100  4x15
Cable Side Bends 100  4x12
Face pulls 100  4x8
