So... awesome news. My new Slingshot came in. Spoke with them on the phone on Tuesday and the new one was here on Friday. They were so helpful and quick about getting me my new one. So once again, really looking forward to Monday's bench day.
So... sad news. Went to the gym this morning and Miles came in. Probably gonna be the last time I see him before he moves to PA, so that's sad. However a few awkward man hugs were had where I'm pretty sure one guy in there thought we were going to just full on kiss.
So... bad news. Heel was still hurting but I managed to do some squats anyway. Way lighter that I'd like to post numbers of, but I will. At least I've finally gotten to do squats this year, which was nice. I did have to keep my shoes on, which sucked, really not used to squatting in shoes.
