Decent heel game...

Deviated a little from the program today.  My heel felt pretty good, but we decided to do our speed pulls from the first pin on the power rack.  Other than that, was a pretty solid day.  Felt strong.  Only thing I don't like about the cold mornings is it takes about 3-4 working sets before I feel strong.  Anyway, numbers...
