Squat day that was unexpectedly decent.

Again, another day I'd rather had just slept all day, but at least my back wasn't doing that wonky thing when I squat.  Still went light, but I'm just happy not to be having that issue.

Leg Curls  150  5x6
Cable Side Bends 100  3x15
