Protein Pancakes

So, I figured I'd post this, deload week ends tonight so I'll post something with more rambling in the early AM.  I get tired drinking my protein shakes all the time and pancakes are delicious, so here we go.

1.  Heat up a non-stick pan on medium heat.
2.  Put two scoops of muscle milk in a bowl.
3.  Add one egg and a splash of milk.
4.  Stir with a fork till it has a smooth consistency.
5.  Pour in a pan, you'll probably have to use a spoon to get all of it out of the bowl since the batter is pretty thick.
6.  When you start seeing bubbles on the uncooked side it's time to flip.  Run your spatula around the edges to loosen them up, then just slide under and flip.
7.  Let the uncooked side cook for a relatively short time, around 30-60 seconds.
8.  Plate that bad boy up.

I've used chocolate, cake batter, and strawberries and cream.  They're all pretty good.  If I eat one before I train sometimes I'll sprinkle a pinch of powdered sugar on them.  I'm gonna assume this can be used with any protein powder, just I imagine fruit punch pancakes would taste like hell.  If you use the two scoops of Muscle Milk you're looking at approximately 393 calories, 17g fat, 19g carbs, and 38g protein.  Enjoy!
