So, managed to do a couple of sets of flat bench shoulder felt better, but not good enough to want to keep doing it, so moved over to the machine this week too. Been taking an egregious amount anti-inflammatories, so hopefully it will be better in the next couple of weeks. Just gonna hop into numbers.
